Excellent location close to the centre of this small, really pleasant college town, walking distance from centre, Faulkner's house, many Ole Miss buildings including the ballpark. Welcoming staff and good car parking at $25 underneath the hotel. Water available by the elevator. Very comfortable and quiet room. Just an excellent experience.

So much I loved - proximity to downtown, hotel parking was awesome, fantastic room service - it was excellent and quick. Very friendly staff❤️ beautifully decorated for Christmas. Oh, and the bed and the pillows were super comfortable. 😊

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It definitely wins over luxury branded hotels. It was such a comfortable stay and the bathrooms with the tub and the HUGE shower was excellent. Only one thing I would change would be the window that you can close but it does not lock that’s in the bathroom and faces into the hotel room with the two queen beds. (The toilet was separate from the shower and tub with its own door which was a plus too!) It wasn’t an issue but I could see issues if someone was staying with some friends or a work trip. I just don’t believe the window should be located in queen bedrooms. Other than that I definitely will be back!!

The hotel serves breakfast only on weekends, so we walked down to the square to find a sit-down breakfast site. We didn't find a breakfast restaurant, but we did spend some quality time in Square Books.

The Oliver is AWESOME! This is our go-to place. The Staff is great and the bar/restaurant is most fun! Clean rooms with super comfortable beds. You can walk to campus. Really, everything is perfect.

everything! the hotel was beautiful and so cozy with all the Christmas decorations. there was free coffee and chilled water 24/7, the staff were all lovely and accommodating, and the rooms were huge and very comfortable. the location is perfect being on the square. this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Perfect location close to square and University. Rooms are comfortable and a luxurious feel! Staff are excellent!
